Todd Richards, a native of Chicago and a self-taught chef, is known for his cooking style rooted in Soul and Southern cuisine. He is the chef and owner of Richards’ Southern Fried and the Culinary Director of Jackmont Hospitality, overseeing award-winning restaurants One Flew South and Chicken + Beer. He is also on the boards of Wholesome Wave Georgia and the Southern Foodways Alliance. His cookbook Soul: A Chef’s Culinary Evolution in 150 Recipes was released in May 2018.
