We’re grateful for the New Orleans based chef, because he constantly reminds us that dining spaces should never be exempt from critical conversations about issues that matter. He cooks and serves his food at pop-up restaurants/Dinner Series, that ask diners to really think about topics, including immigration, race and wealth inequality.
