Turn Your Phone Off! Meditate!

Phones were invented to help keep us in touch with everything and everyone in our lives. But a lot of the time, the beeping buzzing objects in our pockets completely distract us from the real, non-virtual world that exists around us. On episode 5 of A Few Things With Claire and Erica, Claire and Erica stress the importance of taking a break from our phones to tune out and meditate.
