After chaining himself to the books and graduating Corporate Law, Patrick decided to leave Ireland and the fine print behind him and fly across the ocean to explore his unshakeable passion for food. He landed the GM position at Genuine Superette (AvroKo Hospitality Group) in Nolita and is now working at The Spotted Pig. Patrick is known for chatting ears off about the latest food trends and drinking perfectly Ph balanced water. These days you can find him experimenting with whatever veggies his local co-op has to offer or waking up in the wee hours to watch his beloved Arsenal play.
