Today’s guest is Ashley Eddie, Executive Chef of Santina, an Amalfi Coast-inspired restaurant by Major Food Group, in New York City. Ashley helped launch Santina as a Line Cook and worked her way up through the ranks in just three years to be named Executive Chef. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Ashley cites her grandmother’s cooking as inspiration for her cooking today.
