Food Book Fair: Food & Conflict
The Food Book Fair is a multi-day festival where the nations' best authors, farmers, chefs, artists, publishers and food enthusiasts gathered in Williamsburg for the second year to celebrate literary food culture. On Saturday, Erin Fairbanks and Jimmy Carbone of HeritageRadioNetwork.org talked food and conflict. We spoke with writers, scholars and chefs about the role of food and taste in addressing community and individual conflicts.
