Mike Hewitt's experience ranges from operations, brand development, human resources, building and scaling small companies, consulting and recruiting. He successfully launched and scaled two of the nations top boutique recruitment agencies with offices in New York, California, Texas and Florida. Mike has a post-graduate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne. Sarah began her career in restaurant operations and then transitioned into Human Resources, first as Director of Training, and then as Partner & Vice President of Human Resources & Training for Craveable Hospitality Group. She believes that, when viewed as an asset, HR empowers hospitality professionals to better understand, protect, and grow their businesses. Sarah has a degree in Political Science from Yale University, holds her CSW and WSET Advanced diploma, and is a SHRM-CP.
