Daniel Boulud is Chef-Owner of several award-winning restaurants and the Feast & Fêtes catering company. He is dedicated to helping train future generations of chefs in classic French technique and the most advanced modern methods, whether it’s through his support of the Mentor Foundation for the Bocuse D’Or in the USA, his support of C-CAP, an educational nonprofit, or through the countless people he’s mentored in the kitchens of his restaurant empire. He works tirelessly to nurture the people around him and make the world more delicious.
