Daniel Sharp is Executive Chef at NYC’s and Connecticut’s Meatball Shops. Daniel helped transform the stigma of being a meatball into a good thing! He recently made a 6 pound ball for television to great acclaim. He developed a love of bold rustic flavors and simple but thoughtful preparations while apprenticing in Umbria. Today, Sharp is bringing his creativity, drive, and love of fresh produce to the kitchen every day. When he’s not slinging balls, Daniel can be found taking incredible photographs, eating Japanese food, or traveling the world. Daniel is a frequent panelist on HRN's Main Course O.G., and has always been game to lend his talent and insight whenever the network needs him.
