Food Book Fair

Cookbooks & History
Initiated in 2012, The Food Book Fair celebrates the intersection of food culture and food systems and a ton more. In 2015, the event took place April 10th through 12th at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn and Heritage Radio Network was there to catch the highlights. Historical cookbooks provide a window into both the possible eating habits of the writers and their notions of health. Tune in to this great panel to explore how cookbooks from the Renaissance to the 19th century are being used today plus more.
