Nominated by: HRN OFFICE

Erin Fairbanks, a former Executive Director of Heritage Radio Network, doesn’t have to be physically in our office or studios to greatly inspire everyone who works here. Her passion for social justice and female empowerment makes us proud, but the incredibly hard work she puts into the causes she cares about impresses us even more. She is currently chief operator at GROUT Consulting, a social impact firm, based in Brooklyn, and co-founder of Women in Hospitality United, a non-profit organization dedicated to reimagining the industry. She also sits on the advisory council for the Julia Child Foundation, and Glynwood, an agricultural non-profit serving New York State’s Hudson Valley.
