Gail Simmons is best known for her starring role on Bravo’s Top Chef, but she’s also a dynamic and committed philanthropist. In 2013, Babson College appointed Gail as their Entrepreneur-in-Residence, to help mentor students, and develop food-related social enterprises. She also runs Bumble Pie Productions, an original content company dedicated to promoting female voices in the food and lifestyle space, with Samantha Hanks. She is an active board member and supporter of City Harvest, Hot Bread Kitchen, Common Threads, and the Institute of Culinary Education.
