HRN Hall of Fame: Linda Pelaccio

Linda Pelaccio first became interested in food and history when she lived in Rome, Italy. She went onto become one of the early writers and producers for the Food Network and the program director for the Culinary Historians of New York. After leaving TV, Linda wrote for the website and cookbook series MinuteMeals, and executive produced its companion radio show, EveryDay Kitchen. In 2009, she found her perfect media niche as host of A Taste of the Past for HRN. She’s also a member of the New York chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier.
