Nell Newman’s generous spirit inspires HRN every day. The daughter of Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, Nell followed in her parents’ philanthropic footsteps, when she co-founded the food company Newman’s Own Organics: The Second Generation. During her 20+ years there, Newman’s Own Organics generated over $50 million to charity. When her tenure ended in 2014, Nell decided to pursue other ways to give back in the world of sustainable agriculture and conservation. She offers realistic, practical advice on why living a more environmentally conscious life helps us all.
