Rob Newton is the Executive Chef at Gray & Dudley in Nashville’s 21c Museum Hotel, where. the menu celebrates both Rob’s Arkansas roots, and his travels around the world. Rob, a veteran of Operation Desert Storm, earned a degree at New England Culinary Institute, and went on to work in some of New York City’s most acclaimed restaurants, including Le Cirque and the Four Seasons. Before moving to Nashville, he ran Seersucker, Wilma Jean, and Smith Canteen in Brooklyn. Rob just published his first cookbook Seeking the South.
