Rose Levy Beranbaum has been writing phenomenal cookbooks since 1981. The New York Times even called Rose the most meticulous cook who ever lived. Desserts are her specialty, and the knowledge she shares with home cooks is legendary. Her 1988 book The Cake Bible was inducted into the International Association of Culinary Professionals Culinary Classics.
