Steve Palmer’s philosophy about great hospitality is that it starts with well-cared-for employees. So he’s developed a strong company culture that is reflected at each of the 16 restaurants he runs as managing partner of the Indigo Road Hospitality Group. In 2016, he took his commitment to helping others succeed one step further by creating Ben’s Friends, a food and beverage industry support group offering hope, fellowship, and a path forward for professionals struggling with substance abuse and addiction.
