Adam Vourvoulis knows wine. After 15 years of being a sommelier/wine director at some of Los Angeles's biggest restaurants, he founded VIN DE CALIFORNIA to become a natural wine maker. With a background in classic wine training he rebelled against the establishment and helped usher in the new world of natural wine.
