Katy Keiffer has worked in the food industry for over 30 years, as a cook, butcher, cookbook publicist, and finally a writer and podcast host. She grew up in rural New England, where gardening, composting and scratch cooking were a daily part of life. She’s turned her lifelong appreciation of good food into the hard-hitting HRN podcast, What Doesn’t Kill You, a show about how our food system works, and how it doesn’t.
