By creating the Good Food Awards in 2010, Sarah Weiner helped raised the bar for honoring craft food and drink producers, who create tasty, authentic, and responsible products. It should also be noted that winners tend to double or triple their annual sales. Before that, Sarah worked at Slow Food in Italy and notably joined Alice Waters, as the first employee of Slow Food Nation, the largest sustainable food gathering—85,000 attendees!—ever to take place in the United States.
