He has worked in kitchens like Blackberry Farm, Huka Lodge in New Zealand, and Hermitage Hotel and Capitol Grill in Nashville. Drew and his wife Bonni opened The Plaid Apron in 2011 and describe their food philosophy as, “farmer, restaurant, mouth.”
