What's in a Name? Food Labeling Roundtable
Initiated in 2012, The Food Book Fair celebrates the intersection of food culture and food systems and a ton more. This year, the event took place April 10th through 12th at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn and Heritage Radio Network was there to catch the highlights. Tune in as this Museum of Food and Drink (aka MOFAD) Roundtable debate brings together a diverse group of policy makers, scholars, activists, and thinkers to explore the relationship between food labels and marketing, changing notions of what constitutes useful information, and the politics of what consumers do (and don't) know about their food.
